Vakeel Saab — AP BJP Incharge Shameless act!
Today Telugu Star Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab movie released in theaters amidst great hype and hungama by fans. Pawan Kalyan previous movie Agyathavasi released 3 years ago in Jan 2018. It was a dud. Vakeel Saab generated good buzz as it is touted as comeback movie for Pk and Star producer Dil Raju backing it.
In the past few years, big star movies were getting permission from govts to have special shows for fans. Pk earlier movie got such permission from Chandrababu Naidu govt and ticket prices were officially raised to 1000 rupees! Of course, that movie being disaster, several theaters had to cancel shows as there were no audience from 2nd day itself!!
Producer of Vakeel Saab requested special shows but AP govt didn’t allow owing to rise in Corona cases.
BJP Incharge for Andhra Pradesh, Sunil Deodhar traveled all the way from Delhi and came to AP and organized a Dharna against AP state govt for not allowing early morning special shows.
He said he came to theater by 5am and waited until 11am to get tickets for morning show! He alleged that AP CM is afraid of PK popularity and so didn’t give permission for extra shows!
Just yesterday PM Modi convened special video conference for CMs of all States and asked to take extra measures to control 2nd wave of Corona!
How can Sunil Deodhar holding such a big position in BJP come and do a dharna for a movie, that too for extra shows? Instead of asking to close theaters, he did dharna demanding extra shows for Vakeel Saab movie.
We have seen BJP Leaders mocking Kejriwal for his reviews on movies. Doesn’t it make BJP a laughing stock in AP for such senseless dharnas? These acts are usually done by blind fans of movie stars.
BJP may think it will attract PK youth fan base but it will lose adult voters with such shameless acts. BJP has to remember that Pawan Kalyan was able to get only 6% of votes in 2019 elections in spite of his huge fan base. In comparison,, Chiranjeevi got 22% vote share in AP region.
BJP in AP should wake up and change course and act like a responsible National and Nationlistic party! Only that can bring back its previous glory when it got 18% vote share in 1999 elections.
