Pawan Kalyan lies about his father’s death!

Today Pawan Kalyan participated in a Republic Day event along with BJP leaders. He recently announced alliance with BJP.

In his speech, he said he was in Varanasi to immerse his father’s ashes in Ganga river when he heard the news of 11/26 attack in Mumbai. At that time he thought India should have a strong leader to thwart such attacks and then we got Modi after which there were no attacks. Modi won from Varanasi constituency. He tried to relate it with a sentimental angle by mentioning about his father’s death.

However his father passed away in Dec 2007 and Mumbai attacks happened on Nov 26 2008. It’s hard to imagine that he waited for almost an year to immerse his father’s ashes in Holy Ganga river. Basically, he tried to dramatize by creating a movie type scenario, relating his father’s death and his travel to Varanasi and then linking it to Mumbai incident.

Pawan Kalyan who praised Modi for stopping such attacks didn’t bother to appreciate Modi for Surgical Strike in Sep 2016. Few weeks before that he shouted against Modi from the roof tops of Kakinada that Modi is ignoring South and Modi should realize South Indians too are patriotic! But he kept mum after Surgical strike. One month after surgical strike, Demonetization happened and he was quick to bad mouth it on his official Twitter handle.

Lately Pawan Kalyan has become like a sponsored celebrity who can be hired to promote a client.

6 months ago he said his dream was to see “Behenji" Mayawati as PM but now says his 2008 dream of strong leader is fulfilled with Modi!

BJP should realize that they can’t have a long term relationship with such people who don’t have any ideology and are subject to change according to the prevailing political conditions. Otherwise it’s dream to become the main opposition in AP over the next 5 years will remain as a dream!
